Completed consultations and reports already provided.Any custom development or marketing services already executed. Subscription-based services after the billing cycle has started.

Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us and requesting a cancellation. This will stop monthly billing to your card starting from the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle after cancellation.
